Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually. 
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to

[email protected]/+45 86220700. In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.


You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Missing original packaging can possibly constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging and possibly seal must not be broken. 

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

You can also cancel the purchase by giving a clear message and delivering it personally to the above address, against prior agreement. 
We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Personal data policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
In the case of business purchases, the CVR no.
We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with Egå Wellness ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
The data controller at www.egaawellness-shop.dk is Egå Wellness ApS.

As registered with Egå Wellness ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to: [email protected]

Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Egå Wellness on tel. 862200700 – John Larsen. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
